Dense phase transport
Dense phase transmission is divided into transmission tank and rotary valve delivery. Transmitting the tank is carried out by pressurizing the transmitting tank to a certain pressure and distributing the material by the switching discharging valve and pneumatic force (the material is plunged in the pipeline). The gas flow rate is low and the solid-gas ratio is high, and the conveying gas pressure is high. Often used in the transmission of air or nitrogen gas, power generally provided by the compressor. The main features for the transmission speed is low, less impact on the quality of materials. Rotary valve dense phase transmission is the use of dilute phase positive pressure delivery, while the use of power to provide the compressor. The system has a higher pressure, lower flow rate but the ability to transport large, less impact on the quality of materials.
Dilute phase transport
Dilute phase transport is usually higher air velocity and lower solid-gas ratio, the transmission distance can reach several hundred meters, often using air or nitrogen gas transmission, power is generally provided by the Roots blower, the material was suspended in the pipeline state. The transmission mode is divided into pressure feeding (positive pressure) and suction (negative pressure). The main characteristics of pressure feeding are conveying capacity, long conveying distance and stable operation. The main characteristics of suction conveying are from low (or bulk), multi-point to high, a little transport. Pressure feed and suction can be combined to meet specific delivery requirements.
