1. The laying of pipes should meet the design requirements. When there is no requirement in the design, the pipeline for conveying dry gas should be installed horizontally. The pipeline gas transporting moisture should be installed with a slope not less than 0.003, and the slope should be toward the condensate collector;

2. The pipeline is connected by welding, bottomed by argon tungsten arc welding, and covered by manual arc welding. Argon-filled protection measures should be taken for stainless steel pipe welding or spot welding.

3. Gas pipelines and equipment, valves and other accessories should be connected by flanges or threads. The filler of the threaded joint must be a polytetrafluoroethylene film;

4. The exposed part of the gas pipeline passing through the scientific research laboratory, the flange gasket or the threaded packing must be cleaned.

5. When the gas pipeline is sandblasted and derusted or pickled and passivated, the seamless steel pipe must be installed centrally. The installation should be combined in sections within 48 hours, and filled with nitrogen protection with a pressure of not less than 0.2 MPa.

6. For gas pipelines with grounding requirements, conductive jumpers must be welded between the flanges. The cross-section of the wire and the length of the welding overlap should meet the design requirements. The solder joints must be firm and reliable.
